My aim has been to question the very core of our existence. Who am I? mother, wife, daughter, artist ,daughter-in-law? is that my identity? The question pervades all of humanity and our role in the world.
I no longer recognize the person that I once was but this doesn’t mean that I am lost. I have shed layers of an identity that served it’s purpose. Throughout the process of self-discovery, I learned that I could never truly lose myself because there is no constant and we are an ever evolving species and thats what our purpose here is! My works explore creating new identity, reshaping intimacy, passion, memory and the existential self. I am the SOUL, the very existence that has evolved through countless births to evolve and progress and understand the metamorphosis of life itself.
