We accept returns within 5 days of delivery ONLY if the item reaches you in BROKEN condition.
a) To be eligible for a exchange, you must first email us with pictures of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the artwork at priyanka@priyankasgallery.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us.
b) Upon consideration we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available you could exchange for another item from the website.
c) To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
d) We shall not be held responsible and liable for variation of appearance or display of products on its Website. Photos are never exact representation and will not be eligible for return.
